Melita has been coming to The Ring since day one - 3 years ago.  She is a travelling sales rep during the day – and at night she comes to The Ring to feel like a champion !! Our members are increasing weekly and we come from all walks of life and backgrounds. What we all have in common is a desire to keep fit and healthy and enjoy training in a hassle free environment.
