What are you up for in class?
Morning Rumble:
There's nothing like starting your morning with a bang! One hour of hard cardio including boxing drills, weights, sprints and old school fitness drills. Its not for those who want to ease into the day. Go hard or go to sleep people! You'll love it.
Box n burn':
Boxing vs resistance? Well now you don't have to choose. It's a mega class made up of boxing technique, pad and bag work, fitness drills, weights, medicine balls, resistance bands - all in one big hour. Your heart and your muscles are equal winners in this class.
Fighting Fit:
Strong, lean and incredibly fit is what you'll get in our fighting fit class. If you want to box, this is the class. Big on boxing, big on technique and big on burning...that's what you should expect. You wanted boxing, you got boxing with fighting fit class. By the end of it, you'll be ready for the ring.
Box hardcore:
Save all of your strength for this weekend workout killer - you'll need it. Old school fitness and weights drills are combined to get you fitter than you've ever been before. This is only for the hardcore and strictly for the headstrong, and goes beyond boot camp when it comes to a total fitness workout. We reckon that you'll be able to sign up for the SAS after this class!
Technique:
Exactly what it says it is. We teach you the art of boxing like a pro! Jab like a pro, Hook like a pro, Dip like a pro, rip like a pro. And if you hate holding pads for your partner, you won't after we
teach you the secrets of pad holding. It's a cinch! At the end of technique, you'll float like a butterfly and sting like a bee. Guaranteed!
